About Me

Jenn Gosselin, RD, LD
Registered & Licensed Dietitian

I attended the University of New Hampshire where I received a bachelor’s degree in Nutritional
Sciences and completed my dietetic internship. I started working as a dietitian right away at a
fitness studio in Dover then Portsmouth New Hampshire. Working in the fitness industry was
exactly where I wanted to be. It’s been my dream to help people look and feel the best they can.
Over the past six years of working as a dietitian, I’ve helped many diverse clients meet their
health related goals. Whether it was losing or gaining weight, avoiding or minimizing medications
or improving overall quality of life, I provided them with the tools and support they needed to be
successful for life.

Philosophy
I strongly believe in the importance of being able to maintain a well-balanced diet without
feeling deprived of the foods you love. No fad dieting, cutting or counting calories with me! The
best feedback I’ve received from clients is that they don’t feel like they are on a diet. They eat
REAL food, lose fat and feel STRONG. By promoting behavior modification and combining a clean
diet with exercise and rest, my clients are able to get results they want for the long-term.
