Overnight Oats

The Base:

  • ¼ cup old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond, soy or coconut milk
  • ½ Tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ -1 scoop protein powder

*add in any of the following: fruit, nuts, nut butters, flax, cinnamon, natural sweetener

Combine all ingredients in any covered container, shake well, chill in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy in the morning!!

 

PB Banana Oats

  • ¼ cup old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond, soy or coconut milk
  • ½ Tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp nut of choice, chopped

Jenny’s Favorite Combo

  • ¼ cup old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond, soy or coconut milk
  • ½ Tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1Tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • Sprinkle cinnamon

Pumpkin Pie Protein Oats

  • 1/3 cup Old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 scoop Vanilla Protein powder
  • 1/2 Apple diced into bite sized pieces (microwave for 30-45 seconds to soften)
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • Sprinkle Pumpkin pie spice
  • Sprinkle Cinnamon
